Dr. Greg Meekin is a 1988 graduate of Georgetown Medical School where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Meekin entered residency at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA on July 1988 where he trained in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and received specialized training in Neurologica l Surgery with an emphasis on Otology and Skull Base surgery.


USN_-_Diving_OfficerDr. Meekin completed his residency in July 1993 and entered the Air Force where he was stationed at Keesler Air Force Base. During his military career he completed advanced training as a Diving Medical Officer and Navy Diver at the Navy Diving and Salvage Training Center, Panama City, FL, Flight Medicine at the United States Air Force Aerospace Medical Institute, Brooks Air Force Bas e, San Antonio , Texas and Airborne paratrooper training at Fort Benning.

Dr. Meekin is Board Certified in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons . He is also a diving instructor with the National Association of Underwater Instructors (NAUI). Dr. Meekin is a Reserve Officer with the Gulfport Police Department and serves as Medical Officer for the Tactical Team (SWAT).
